Joined Xebia in 2021 as a trainee: RASA chatbots, Kafka streams, Spring Boot microservices. First contact with systems that have to keep working when nobody's watching.
CH.3 — PRODUCTION YEARS
Four years of enterprise AI at Xebia: a medical AI pipeline that generated ₹2+ crores in revenue, a document parser sold at $100K+ per deployment, and core-banking ML on Thought Machine Vault for UK and India banks — 500K+ transactions a month, under compliance review.
CH.4 — CURRENT QUEST
Now at Sword: autonomous agents for corporate learning — they assess skill gaps, generate training plans, and act directly on the CMS. Agents, MCP, RAG, in production.
